Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us for further assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any opened or partially used kratom products are not eligible for returns due to health and safety concerns.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
